How to add and verify a new payment method to your TOMIS account.

TOMIS supports two payment types for recurring subscriptions:
- US Bank Accounts (aka ACH)
- **Credit Cards
TOMIS uses Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe is the world's leading payment processor for online subscriptions. TOMIS will never see your credit card or bank account information. Instead, Stripe securely stores and manages your billing information using 256-bit encryption and world-class security.

Add Preferred Payment Method within TOMIS App Account Settings
Step 1: Open your TOMIS App account (on desktop browser) and click on the Settings icon in the top right-hand corner. From the Settings page, click on "Account Information" -->"Your Subscription" in the left-hand navigation menu.
On the Subscription page, you will find the details of your TOMIS subscription, including relevant business information and marketing services.
Step 2: On your Subscription page, select the "Update Billing Information" button to connect your bank account or credit card (will incur 3.4% service fee).
Step 3: Add Payment Method, which will open a new window to add a payment method via Stripe.
Step 4: In the new window, simply add a Card or connect a US Bank Account.
Automatically Connect a US Bank Account
For most bank accounts, you can simply connect your bank by following the instructions on the screen. You can instantly connect popular banks such as Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Capital One and more.
Step 1: Select US Bank Account and search for your Bank.
Step 2: Click "Agree and continue." You'll need to login with your bank account information.
Step 3: After successfully connecting your bank account, click "Set up bank account" to confirm.
Step 4: Success! You've added a US Bank Account. You will see this screen:
Manually Add a US Bank Account
If you do not automatically connect your US Bank Account following the instructions above, you will be required to manually verify your bank account via mircro-deposits.
Step 1: Select "Enter bank details manually instead"
Step 2: Manually enter your bank routing number and account number:
Step 3: After submitting account information, click "Start setup"
Step 4: Verification process has been started.
Step 5: In 1-2 days you will receive an email with instructions on finish the verification process. In the meantime, the TOMIS App will show your bank account as a "Pending" payment method:
Step 6: In 1-2 days, follow the instructions via the email you received. If you don't receive an email, log back into the TOMIS App and click "verify microdeposits" (see screenshot above).
Step 7: After your bank account is verified, you may need to set it as the "default payment method" via the TOMIS App. This applies only if you've previously added a credit card.
Add a Credit Card
Select Card, then enter your credit card details. Hit "Save Card".
Congratulations! You've successfully added a new payment method to the TOMIS App.
