The Chatbot Test Tab is where you can safely test how your chatbot responds to questions without affecting or reporting.
Use it to:
- Preview how your chatbot answers both common or strange questions
- Check if product or FAQ updates are working as expected
- Spot any confusing or missing responses before your guests do
Try asking questions that you know your guests commonly contact your office about, whether they be location questions, inquiries about particular tours, or booking questions. Your bot will pull responses from both your Knowledge Base and Products pages.
👍👎 Giving Feedback
At the bottom of each bot reply, you’ll see:
- Thumbs up / thumbs down
- A quick field to leave feedback
Use these features to flag answers that don’t sound right, or highlight ones that are spot on.
