How To View ChatBot Conversations

Want to check out what your ChatBot has been up to? Here's how.

Login to the TOMIS APP

 

Hover over ‘MARKETING HQ’ and select ‘ChatBot’ from the drop-down menu.

 

 

Click ‘Start Time’ of the conversation you would like to view.

 

 

Review the conversation. Click the ‘Reviewed’ button once you’ve read the conversation. Then determine if the conversation had a positive outcome OR if it needs attention. Select the button that is most appropriate. If the conversation ‘Needs Attention’ then enter the problem into the ‘Notes’ section.
