Instructions for granting TOMIS access to your accounts so we can complete your Digital Foundation
TOMIS needs access to the accounts below in order to complete your marketing deliverables. If you do not have an existing account on the list below, we will work with you to get it set up!
Google Analytics

Add info@tomis.tech as an admin

Click Admin in the bottom left corner.

In the Account column, select User Management.

Click the blue plus icon.

Select Add users.

Give Edit access under Permissions
Google Ads
- Please send an email to your TOMIS Marketing Manager with your Google Ads Customer ID number (we have to request access from our management account)

Sign in to your Google Ads account.

Click the help icon in the top right corner.

Find “Customer ID” at the bottom of the menu.
Google Tag Manager

Add info@tomis.tech as an administrator of the container

To add users to the GTM container:

Click Admin.

In the Account column, select User Management.

Click the blue plus icon.

Select Add users.

Enter info@tomis.tech

Assign “Administrator” in Account Permissions

Click Invite.
Google Search Console
-
Add info@tomis.tech with Full permissions to the Search Console property.

Select your website property.
-
Click Settings in the left menu panel

Select Users and permissions.
-
Click the blue Add Users button

Add info@tomis.tech with Full or Owner access
Google Business Profile
- Sign in to Google Business Profile.
- From the Search results page Click the three dots in the right
- Click Business Profile Settings
- Click People and Access from the menu
- Click +Add
- Invite info@tomis.tech as a Manager of the listing
Meta Advertising: Facebook Page, Meta Ad Account, Meta Pixel and Meta Domain Access
- Log in to your Facebook Business Manager
- Go to Business Settings
- Below Users in the left sidebar click Partners
- Click the +Add button
- Select Give a Partner access to your assets
- Enter the TOMIS Partner Business ID [ 1513395452314393 ] and click Next.
- On the next screen, you can add partners to multiple assets (page, ad account, pixel, domain etc).
- Please assign Admin Access to your Page, Ad Account, Pixel and Domain.
- Click Save Changes.
*If you don’t have a Facebook Business Manager you can follow this guide to create one.
*If you don’t have some of the assets (Facebook Ad Account, Pixel, Domain, etc.) TOMIS can help you create these. TOMIS recommends installing the Facebook Pixel on your website via GTM, which is part of the Digital Foundation. The Facebook Domain Verification is also part of the Digital Foundation.
Website Login
- Please add info@tomis.tech as an Admin to your website. This access allows us to see all of the plugins in use, forms on the site and gives us the ability to fully configure the Digital Foundation/Tracking.
*If you do not have monthly website services with TOMIS you can remove info@tomis.tech as a website user after 30 days of the onboarding call.
DNS Hosting Provider
If you use GoDaddy:
- Log in to your GoDaddy account.
- Navigate to the domain management section.
- Grant "Delegate access" info@tomis.tech (Instructions on how to delegate access: GoDaddy Delegate Access Guide)
If you use another domain registration service:
- Reply to this email with the name of your domain registration provider.
- We will provide you with customized instructions on how to give me access.
*If you do not have monthly website services or hosting with TOMIS you can remove info@tomis.tech as a website user after 30 days of the onboarding call.
Booking Reservation System
- Please add info@tomis.tech to your booking reservation system as an Admin.
- This access is necessary for TOMIS to fully configure your Digital Foundation and ensure Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel are properly tracking your bookings.
*If you do not have monthly services with TOMIS you can remove info@tomis.tech after 30 days of the onboarding call.
MailChimp
- Please send an email to your TOMIS Marketing Manager with the admin email address associated with your MailChimp account.
- TOMIS will then send a Partner Request to your MailChimp account for ‘Admin’ level access.
- Once you receive the request please follow these instructions to Grant Agency Access to your MailChimp Account.
- While in your MailChimp account, please integrate your MailChimp and Google Analytics accounts following these instructions. This will allow us to be able to both see your email marketing tracking data in Google Analytics as well as in the TOMIS app.
Other Email Marketing Platform
- Please add info@tomis.tech as a user
- Or add login credentials to your TOMIS App > secure Marketing Logins under Settings. *If your login requires 2FA login, we'll need to discuss a more long-term access solution should TOMIS be managing your email campaigns.
Bing / Microsoft Ads
*If you'll be running Bing Ads with TOMIS.
- Create a Manager/Shell account
- Let us know your Bing Account/Customer ID and we will send you an access request.
To get your Microsoft Advertising Customer ID, complete the following steps:
- Sign into the Microsoft Ads web application and click on the Campaigns tab.
The web URL located in the address bar of your browser contains a cid key value in the query string that identifies your customer ID.
For example: https://ui.bingads.microsoft.com/campaign/Campaigns.m?cid=FindCustomerIdHere&aid=FindAccountIdHere#/customer/FindCustomerIdHere/account/FindAccountIdHere/campaign - Or click the gear icon at the top right corner and go to the Accounts and Billing page.
Your Customer ID is listed on the Accounts tab under the heading Customer.
TikTok Ad Account
*If your services contact with TOMIS includes TikTok Advertising Management, or you would like the TikTok Pixel added to your tracking setup.
Invite partner and grant partner with your assets' access

Log in to your TikTok Business Center account as an admin.

Find the Partner module under Users, found on the left navigation bar.

Click Add Partners.

Input TOMIS Business ID 6933342176898187265 and click Next.

Select ad accounts and assets that you want to share with your partner, and assign a role for your partner.

Click Confirm.
Grant TikTokPixel Access to a Partner:

Log in to Business Center as Admin and click Pixel under the "Assets" tab on the sidebar.

Select the Pixel from the list that you want to share under the Pixel tab.

Under the "Partners" tab, click Add Partners.

Enter the partner's Business Center ID and click Confirm to finish.

Once you've shared a Pixel with your partner, they're able to share your Pixel with their own ad accounts, and cannot re-share it with a third BC.
