      Storing Your Marketing Logins in the TOMIS App

      You can securely share and store marketing logins to your various marketing platforms inside your TOMIS app. Don’t risk sending an email with sensitive logins or misreading a password off again!

      Instructions To Adding Marketing Logins Within Your TOMIS App

      1. Log in to your TOMIS app

      2. If you have multiple app accounts, select the desired account from the dropdown menu next to Settings in the upper right-hand corner.

      3. Click Settings.

      4. Click Marketing Logins on the left sidebar menu.

      5. Begin adding your logins so your Marketing Manager can carry out digital strategies.

      Important Logins To Populate

      • TripAdvisor

      • Yelp

      • Viator

      • Website

      • FTP

      • GoDaddy (this can also be populated with the domain provider you use)

      • Email platform

      • Custom logins

        • CVB member logins

        • CRM systems

        • Digital waiver provider

        • Website chat provider platforms (i.e. Tawk)
