      TOMIS Account Billing Information & Account History

      A quick guide on how to change your credit card information and how to view the charge history for your TOMIS app account.

      Need to change your billing info or view your account history?  No problem, just follow the steps below. 

      1. Login to the TOMIS app with your current username and password.

      2. Navigate to Settings in the upper right-hand corner.

      3. Select Account Information in the left-hand sidebar.

      4. Under Account Information, select Your Subscription.

      5. To update the card on file or add a new card, select either Add Card or Update Card.

      6. To view previous credit card charges, select Billing History.

      *All credit cards will incur a 3.4% transaction fee. If you wish to avoid the fee, please connect an ACH payment method.
