Vital Signs Dashboard

Highest level overview of your marketing and sales data — each of the subsequent dashboards goes into more detail. This dashboard pulls in overview reporting on each of your data sources — booking reservation system, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.


Conversions Dashboard

This dashboard shows key booking and sales data. It is populated by your booking reservation system and Google Analytics (online revenue data). This dashboard should be used alongside your reservation system when looking at booking reports— and is a high-level report on bookings in that month.

Metrics You'll See:

  • All Bookings vs Online Bookings
  • Where People Are Booking (Lead Time)
  • Who's Converting
  • Product-Specific Information

Website Analytics Dashboard

The Google Analytics 4 dashboard provides an overview of all digital channels driving traffic to your website and then converting. This allows you to see which sources may have dropped in performance this year compared to last year, and vice versa. It allows you to track top landing pages and break landing page performance down by online channel source.


Google Ads Dashboard

This dashboards allow you the simplicity of knowing how much you're spending and how much you're making. This dashboard is being populated directly from Google Ads, no manipulation of the source data. If you’ve ever been inside Google Ads, you’ll know what we mean when we say this is a little easier. You’ll have all the info you need to see your campaign, ad set, and keyword performance. 


Facebook Ads Dashboard:

This dashboard also shows you the need to know for your Meta Ads performance — how much you're spending, how much you're making, and what's the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).  You'll also be able to see campaign performance and audience insights. 

Reports

You'll receive an automated monthly report via email on the 1st of each month. You'll want to open that email on desktop to best view the report. You can access the monthly reports at any time and go back to preview months' report overviews.
