What information do you need to get my TOMIS account setup?

TOMIS needs access to the accounts below in order to complete your marketing deliverables. If you do not have an existing account on the list below, we will work with you to get it set up!

Instructions For Granting TOMIS Access

TOMIS will need access to the following accounts to begin the Digital Foundation configuration:

  1. Google Analytics

    1. Add info@tomis.tech as an admin

    2. Click Admin in the bottom left corner.

    3. In the Account column, select User Management.

    4. Click the blue plus icon.

    5. Select Add users.

    6. Give Edit access under Permissions

  2. Google Ads

    1. Please send an email to your TOMIS Marketing Manager with your Google Ads Customer ID number (we have to request access from our management account)

    2. To find your Customer ID:

    3. Sign in to your Google Ads account.

    4. Click the help icon (question) in the top right corner.

    5. Find “Customer ID” at the bottom of the menu.

  3. Google Tag Manager

    1. Add info@tomis.tech as an administrator of the container

    2. To add users to the GTM container:

    3. Click Admin.

    4. In the Account column, select User Management.

    5. Click the blue plus icon.

    6. Select Add users.

    7. Enter info@tomis.tech

    8. Assign “Administrator” in Account Permissions

    9. Click Invite.

  4. Google Search Console

    1. Add info@tomis.tech with full permissions to the Search Console property.

    2. Select your website property.

    3. Click Settings.

    4. Select Users and permissions.

    5. Click the blue Add Users button in the right-hand corner.

    6. Add info@tomis.tech

  5. Google My Business

    1. Add info@tomis.tech

    2. To add users to your Google My Business listing:

    3. Sign in to Google My Business.

    4. Click Users from the left sidebar.

    5. Click the “Invite new managers” icon in the right corner of the popup window.

    6. Add info@tomis.tech as a Manager of the listing.

  6. Facebook Ad Account and Pixel Access

    1. Log in to your Facebook Business Manager

    2. Go to Business Settings

    3. Below Users in the left sidebar click Partners

    4. Click the +Add button

    5. Select Give a partner access to your assets

    6. Enter the TOMIS Partner Business ID [ 1513395452314393 ] and click Next.

    7. On the next screen, you can add partners to multiple assets (page, ad account, pixel, etc). Please assign Admin Access to your Page, Ad Account, and Pixel.

    8. Click Save Changes.

    9. *If you don’t have a Facebook Business Manager you can follow this guide to create one.

    10. *If you don’t have some of the assets (Facebook Ad AccountPixel, etc.) TOMIS can help you create these and recommends installing the Facebook Pixel on your website via GTM.

  7. MailChimp (if this is your email marketing platform)

    1. Please send an email to your TOMIS Marketing Manager with the email address associated with your MailChimp account.

    2. TOMIS will then send a Partner Request to your MailChimp account for ‘Admin’ level access.

    3. Once you receive the request please follow these instructions to Grant Agency Access to your MailChimp Account.

  8. Website Login

    1. Please add info@tomis.tech as an admin to your website. This access allows us to see all of the plugins in use, forms on the site and gives us the ability to fully configure the digital foundation.

    2. *If you do not have monthly website services with TOMIS you can remove info@tomis.tech as a website user after 30 days of the onboarding call.

  9. FTP login

    1. This is also referred to as the cPanel of your website server. This access allows us to add tracking codes for the digital foundation without risking the site breaking. TOMIS will need full FTP access. You can either input your login information into the TOMIS Marketing Logins section within the app or create a new user to your FTP for info@tomis.tech that has full access.

    2. *You can reset your FTP login or remove TOMIS as a user after 30 days of the onboarding call.

  10. Booking Reservation System

    1. Please add info@tomis.tech to your booking reservation system as an Admin.

    2. This access is necessary for TOMIS to fully configure your digital foundation and ensure Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel are properly tracking your bookings.

    3. *If you do not have monthly services with TOMIS you can remove info@tomis.tech after 30 days of the onboarding call.
