You can also add helpful context about your business—like what services you offer or how you prefer to answer certain questions—to guide how your chatbot responds. This is a great way to align your chatbot’s answers with how your team would respond in real conversations.
To set it up, go to ChatBot > Website Widget > Special Instructions. You can experiment freely and adjust over time to see what works best for your visitors.
