Step-by-Step Integration Guide

1. Log in to your Ventrata Dashboard and navigate to Connections > Connections.

2. Click + New Connection, then select TOMIS from the available options.

3. Name the connection Yonder and ensure it is set to Active.

4. If required, configure destination or product whitelisting/blacklisting.

5. Click Create Octo Connection to generate an API Key.

6. Copy the API Key displayed on the page.

7. Log in to Yonder, then go to Settings > Booking System > Ventrata.

8.Paste the API Key into the designated field and click Activate.

Automated Review Requests

Once connected, go to Manage Products, where all your FareHarbor 'items' will appear. Select which products should receive automated review requests. Make sure the Auto-send feature is enabled in Survey Settings.
