How to Integrate Google Reviews with Yonder

Follow these simple steps to connect your Google Reviews with Yonder:

  1. Navigate to Yonder's Review Site Integration Page.

  2. Click the 'Sign in with Google' button.

  3. Authorise Yonder to read and write your Google Reviews (note that this step may require you to tick the checkbox, please do).

  4. After successful integration, you'll be redirected to the settings page.

  5. All locations where you are listed as an owner will be automatically integrated. You can disable any location by toggling it off on the Review Sites page.

Once integrated, visit the Reviews page in Yonder to see your Google Reviews alongside reviews from other platforms.

Q: Can I reply to Google Reviews from Yonder?
A: Yes you can! We have snippets that you can set up as well to save you time when replying to many different Google reviews.

Q: What if I don’t want to integrate all my business locations?
A: You can disable any location by toggling it off in the settings. Just click the delete button next to the location.

Q: Does Yonder sync past reviews or only new ones?
A: Yonder syncs both past and new reviews so you have a complete view of customer feedback. This will only happen if you have allowed the correct permissions. So remember to tick that checkbox!

Q: Do I need to reauthorise my Google account periodically?
A: Google may require periodic reauthorisation to maintain the connection. If integration stops working, simply sign in again.
