Configure your Business Details for seamless customer communication.

Your Business Details are used for customer communications through the Yonder website widget and emails. Keeping this information up to date ensures customers receive accurate and professional responses.

Business Details Include:

  • Business Name – The name displayed in customer interactions.
  • Email Address – This is the "reply-to" address for all outgoing communications. Any replies from customers will go to this inbox.
  • Timezone – Ensures timestamps are accurate for your business operations.

How to Update Your Business Details

  1. Go to Settings > Business Details.
  2. Click on the relevant field (Business Name, Email Address, or Timezone) to edit.
  3. Click Save to apply your changes.
