Your ChatBot is working 24/7, responding to customer enquiries, but how can you measure its success? Is it answering questions effectively, reducing workload for your team, and leading to customer engagement? The ChatBot Reports section gives you clear insights into performance, efficiency, and user interactions.

 


 

Overview of the ChatBot Reports Page

When you log into your Yonder account, navigate to the ChatBot tab and select Reports. This page provides key statistics and metrics on website visitor conversations. Let’s break it down:

📈 Filter by Date Range

Use the dropdown menu in the top-right corner to filter reports by the last 7 to 180 days or set a custom date range to analyse performance over a specific period.

📈 ChatBot Conversations

Understand how many users were helped instantly by the ChatBot, how many submitted enquiry forms for follow-up, and how much staff time was saved

📈 Live Chat Conversations

See how many conversations were handled by your team via live chat. Learn more about Starting a Live Chat: Taking Over from Your AI ChatBot.

📈 Conversations & Engagement Metrics

  • Conversion Rate – Track the percentage of website visitors who engaged in a conversation with the ChatBot.
  • Messages Per Conversation – View the average number of ChatBot messages per conversation - helping you gauge engagement levels.


📈 Performance Graph

The performance graph displays conversation trends over time, highlighting the total number of conversations, how many were resolved by the ChatBot, and the total number of visitors on your website during the selected period.


📈 GA4 Performance Tracking

We’ve recently launched GA4 integration, which allows you to track ChatBot-driven revenue. Are users interacting with the ChatBot before making a booking?

GA4 data provides insights on user sessions, conversations initiated, transactions and revenue generated, as well as conversion rates and average booking value.

Monthly Performance Reports

Once you’ve been added as a user to your Yonder account, you’ll automatically be opted in to receive a Monthly Report. This performance summary email is sent on the first of every month and provides key statistics on your ChatBot and/or Review Survey performance. It’s a quick and easy way to get a snapshot of how your Yonder products are performing, helping you stay informed without needing to log in to your dashboard.

How often is the data updated in the ChatBot Reports?
Reports are updated in real-time, allowing you to see live insights on conversations and interactions.

Can we get more detailed statistics?
Absolutely! If you require more in-depth or customised statistics beyond what's available in the Reports tab, simply email us at support@yonderhq.com.

What does ‘staff time saved’ mean?
This metric estimates the time your ChatBot saved by handling enquiries that would have otherwise required manual responses.

Can I turn off monthly performance emails?
Yes! To stop receiving monthly performance summaries, go to your Profile Settings, select Notifications, and toggle off the 'Monthly Report' option to opt out.
