Welcome buttons appear under your ChatBot’s welcome message and act as quick-access prompts for common queries. To add them:

Log in to your Yonder account, open the ChatBot tab, and click Website Widget.
- Under the Welcome Page tab, you’ll see the Buttons section.
- Enter up to Three Welcome Buttons. These should be your most frequently asked questions or key topics.
- Preview your buttons in the ChatBot widget feature in the right-side window.
- Click Save for the buttons to automatically update and appear on your website.

To ensure your welcome buttons provide the best user experience, follow these guidelines:

Match buttons to existing FAQs: Welcome buttons trigger text-based prompts, so they must exactly match an FAQ entry in your ChatBot content. For example, a button titled "How do I book?" must have a corresponding FAQ titled "How do I book?".
- Add buttons as fixed responses: If you want the ChatBot to provide verbatim fixed copy, ensure the corresponding FAQ is set up as a fixed response.
