Step-by-Step Integration Guide

  1. Retrieve Your Arctic Reservation URL:

    • Log in to your Arctic reservation system.

    • In your browser's URL bar, locate the subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.arcticres.com).

    • Copy this URL, as you’ll need it for the Yonder integration.

  2. Create an API Client in Arctic:

    • In your Arctic dashboard, navigate to Settings.

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on API Access.

    • Under Manage API Clients, click the Edit button.

    • Click Create API Client and name it “Yonder”.

    • Grant access to all products for seamless integration (recommended).

    • Click Submit.

  3. Copy API Credentials:

    • After submitting, Arctic will generate a Username and Password for the API client.

    • Copy both the username and password.

  4. Integrate with Yonder:

    • Log in to your Yonder dashboard.

    • Navigate to the Integrations section and select Booking System Integration, find Arctic then select that.

    • Enter the following details:

      • Username: Paste the copied username.

      • Password: Paste the copied password.

      • Arctic Reservation URL: Paste the URL you copied earlier.

    • Click Activate.

  5. Confirm Integration:

    • Once activated, Yonder will automatically import your products.

    • Verify that all products have been synced correctly by checking they have been pulled int your Yonder account HERE
