Logging into Your Yonder Account

Follow these quick steps to access your Yonder account and configure your notifications.

Accepting Your Email Invitation

Once you’ve been invited to a Yonder account, you’ll receive an email from hello@yonderhq.com prompting you to set up your password. 

Follow these steps to complete your login:

  1. Select the blue Reset password button.

You will be redirected to a new page where you can create your password.

  1. Enter your new password and select Reset Password.

You will be automatically logged into your Yonder Dashboard.


Resetting Your Password Later

If you ever need to reset your password in the future, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the avatar icon in the top right corner of your Yonder Dashboard.
  2. Select Profile Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Password tab.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your password.

Managing Notification Settings

Each user on an account has unique notification settings, allowing you to customise how you receive updates.

To modify your notifications:

  1. Click on the avatar icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Profile Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Notifications tab.
  4. Adjust your preferences and save changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

I didn’t receive my invitation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder for an email from hello@yonderhq.com. If you still can't find it, ask your account admin to resend the invitation or reach out to us at support@yonderhq.com.

Can I use the same email for multiple Yonder accounts?

Yes. Note, your notification settings apply to all accounts you’re linked to. If accounts have organizations set-up, admin users can set which ones you receive notifications for, in Manage Users.

What if I forget my password?

Use the Forgot password? option on the login page to reset it. We’ll email you instructions to reset your password.
