How to Record In-Person Feedback
- Go to the Reviews page in Yonder.
- Click the grey Create button at the top.
- Select Feedback from the dropdown
- Enter the feedback details in the Record Feedback form.

- Anything 3 stars or lower triggers an alert so staff can take action.
