How to Record In-Person Feedback

  1. Go to the Reviews page in Yonder.
  2. Click the grey Create button at the top.
  3. Select Feedback from the dropdown

  4. Enter the feedback details in the Record Feedback form.
      • (Optional) Give it a star rating:
        1. Ratings help categorise feedback.
        2. Anything 3 stars or lower triggers an alert so staff can take action.
  5. Select Next. 
      • (Optional) Add customer details:
        1. Not required, but useful for follow-ups.
