Reviews Performance Report

Gain valuable insights into your customer feedback with the Review Reports page. Monitor response rates, analyse rating trends, and optimise your guest experience.

Your Yonder review requests and survey emails are being sent, and customers are providing feedback - but how do you measure success? The Review Reports tab helps organise feedback and track key metrics such as open rates, NPS scores, survey responses, and rating trends.


 

Key Metrics & Insights

To access your review performance data, login to your Yonder account, navigate to the Reviews tab, and select Reports to explore key statistics and trends. 

  • Filter by Date Range:  Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to filter reports by the last 7 to 180 days or set a custom date range for in-depth analysis.
  • Overall Performance: Get a quick overview of your average star rating (0-5), NPS score (0-100), and total number of responses.
  • Rating Distribution: View the percentage of promoters, passives, and detractors across all review sources.

  • Ratings by Organisation: Compare performance across multiple locations if you have more than one organisation set up.
  • Rating Breakdown: Analyse individual ratings for each product or experience.

  • Response Rate: Track how many review requests were sent via email or SMS, how many were opened, and the percentage of responses received.
  • Ratings Trends: Identify trends over time across different review sources, including Yonder surveys, Google, and Facebook.

  • Graph Trends: Track your NPS score, star rating, and the number of reviews received over time with a visual graph, helping you identify key performance patterns.

Monthly Performance Reports

Once you’ve been added as a Yonder user, you’ll automatically receive a Monthly Report via email on the first of each month. This summary provides key insights into your Review Survey and/or ChatBot performance, giving you a convenient overview of how your Yonder products are performing - without needing to log in.


 

Frequently Asked Questions

How often is the Review Reports data updated?
The data is updated in real-time as new responses and ratings come in.

Can we get more detailed statistics?
Absolutely! If you require more in-depth or customised statistics beyond what's available in the Reports tab, simply email us at support@yonderhq.com.

Can I turn off monthly performance emails?
Yes! To stop receiving monthly performance summaries toggle off the 'Monthly Report' option in your notification settings.
