Customizing your NPS Survey Language Settings will help you maximise survey responses and gather broader customer insights.
Enabling Multiple Languages in your Survey Send Settings allows your customers to select their preferred language and give their NPS rating and feedback in that language – increasing survey response rates and your insight into feedback from multiple demographics.
If your booking system provides Yonder with a customer’s preferred language, the NPS survey will be automatically sent in that language. For example, if a customer’s native language is French, they will receive the survey in French by default.
How It Works
Yonder currently supports NPS surveys in English, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese
- Choose a Primary Language – This is the default language used for sending surveys (e.g., French in the above example).
- Select Secondary Languages – These will be available as alternative options for customers.
- Survey Delivery – If your reservation system shares information about the customer’s preferred language, the survey will be sent in that language. Otherwise, the primary language will be used.
Important Notes
- You can customize the English version of your survey. All other languages use pre-defined text provided by Yonder.
- If you create additional survey questions, they will only be shown to customers completing the survey in English. Other languages will skip these questions.
How to Enable Multiple Languages
- Navigate to Reviews > Setup > Send Settings
- On the left-hand menu, select Languages
- Switch the Enable Multiple Languages toggle to ON (it will turn blue).
- Select a Primary Language – This is the default language for survey emails.
- Add Alternative Languages – These options appear in the email footer and on the feedback page.
- On the top menu, select Customize
- On the left-hand side select the Send Test button. Fill out the criteria to send yourself a preview of how the survey appears in different languages.

Will customers still see all survey questions in other languages?
