Connect your FareHarbor booking system with Yonder to automate customer surveys and showcase live availability.

If your business uses FareHarbor as a booking system, integrating it with your Yonder account will save you time, enhance customer engagement, and streamline your booking process. This guide walks you through a simple setup to send automated surveys, sync booking data, and enable real-time availability in your AI ChatBot.




Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Step 1: Yonder Team Contacts FareHarbor

If you’d like to integrate your FareHarbor booking system with Yonder, just let our team know. We’ll contact FareHarbor support (support@fareharbor.com) on your behalf to request the API key and customer shortname, and we’ll provide them with your unique webhook URL. This URL allows FareHarbor to send booking data to Yonder whenever a reservation is created, updated, or cancelled.

Note: Your webhook URL can be found in System Setup.

Step 2: Confirm Integration with FareHarbor

You will be cc’d on the request email and need to confirm that you approve the integration. Simply reply to the email giving FareHarbor the green light to proceed.

Step 3: Activate the Integration in Yonder

Once we receive the API key and shortname, and FareHarbor has activated the webhook, you can complete the setup in Yonder:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Systems > System Setup. 

  2. Click on FareHarbor

  3. Enter your API key and shortname.

  4. Click Activate to finalise the connection.






Benefits of Integrating FareHarbor

Automated Review Requests

Once connected, go to Manage Products, where all your FareHarbor 'items' will appear. Select which products should receive automated review requests. Make sure the Auto-send feature is enabled in Survey Settings.

Live Availability in AI ChatBot

If you use Yonder’s AI ChatBot, you can enable the live availability feature in your chatbot Products. This allows customers to check real-time availability for their preferred date and time before proceeding with their booking.

Can I connect multiple FareHarbor dashboards to Yonder?
Currently, only one FareHarbor dashboard can be integrated per Yonder account for live availability to function. If you use multiple dashboards, contact us to discuss your options.

Where can I find my FareHarbor shortname?
Your shortname is part of your FareHarbor dashboard’s URL. It is a single word with no spaces.
