Once your interactive quiz is live and customers begin responding, it's important to know how to access and interpret the results. This guide will show you how to view your quiz data and use it to better understand your customers' preferences, behaviours, and engagement.

How to View Quiz Results
Once customers have started taking your quiz, follow these steps to access the results:

Go to the “Recommended” tab in your dashboard.

Select the quiz you’d like to view.

Click the “Results” tab located at the top of the screen.

Use the date filter to adjust the time period – choose between 7, 30, 90, or 180 days, or set a custom date range.
What You'll See in Your Quiz Results
Your results dashboard includes several key insights:

Summary: A high-level overview of quiz activity - number of interactions, completions, completion rate, and total leads captured.

Leads: See where your leads (opt-ins) are coming from - helping you track which channels are driving the most engagement.

Recommendations: View which products or recommendations are being offered most frequently, and which are leading to the highest levels of traffic and conversions.

Questions: Get insight into quiz engagement by seeing how many people answered each question (both total numbers and percentage rates).
These results give you a clear picture of how users are engaging with your quiz - and what they’re being recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I share quiz results with my team or others?
There is currently no export function for quiz results. However, all users with access to your Yonder account can view the results. You can also take screenshots of the results overview to share with stakeholders.
How do I get more people to take the quiz?
To increase participation, try embedding the quiz on high-traffic pages, adding it into more chatbot responses, or sharing it through social media or email campaigns.
Will I be notified when new quiz results come in?
You can enable notifications under Quiz Settings > Notifications & Automation. Your reply-to email (set in Business Details) will always receive alerts by default.
Can I edit a quiz after it’s published?
Yes, but changes may affect how future results are tracked and compared. Consider duplicating the quiz if you’re planning major changes.
