Managing Multiple Organizations
Send customized surveys from the right organization to boost customer engagement & direct customers to relevant review sites.
The Organizations feature in Yonder helps businesses with multiple entities, locations, or teams customize surveys and segment feedback effectively. Assigning surveys to the right organization ensures customers receive communication from a brand they recognize, boosting engagement and response rates. Results can be segmented by organization, making it easy to compare ratings, Net Promoter Score, and overall performance across business units.
Why Use Organizations?
Organizations are ideal for businesses with multiple locations or teams. Use this feature if:
- You operate an accommodation or tourism business with multiple properties or locations.
- You have a single booking system integration. If your properties use multiple booking systems, you will need separate Yonder accounts (which we can link for easy access).
- You want surveys to represent different teams or departments within your business.
Setting up Organizations
Step 1: Create Organizations
- Open Yonder and navigate to Settings > Organizations.
- Click Add Organization and enter:
- Organization Name
- Organization Logo (if available; otherwise, the name will be used in survey headers).
- Review Site Links (add up to three sites, directing customers to relevant platforms like Google My Business).
📘 Check out our guide on How to add Online Review Links to your Review Requests.

Step 2: Assign Organizations to Products
- Open Settings and under Integrations, click Booking System.
- Assign an organization to each product so that surveys sent will automatically reflect that organization’s settings.
- Note: This option only appears once at least two organizations have been created.

Adding Branding for Each Organization
Each organization can send its survey and review requests under its own name and colors, so customers hear from the brand they actually booked with. You can set:
- From name — the sender name customers see in their inbox.
- From email — the address the request is sent from.
- Background color and button color — applied to both the email and the survey itself.
Every field is optional. Anything you leave blank falls back to your account-level settings, so you can brand one organization and leave the rest as they are. If no organization is selected on a send, the account defaults apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will reviews from added links (e.g., TripAdvisor) appear in Yonder?
No. You can direct customers to leave reviews on any website, but only Google and Facebook reviews are pulled into Yonder for reporting and summaries.
How many review websites should I add?
Most businesses add their top review site first. We recommend prioritising Google, then adding one or two others where you want the most reviews to appear.
Can I change the organisation assigned to a product later?
Yes, you can update the assigned organisation at any time in the product settings.
It says I need to update my plan to add more organisations—what should I do?
If you see a message like this in your account, reach out to support@yonderhq.com. You can add organisations no matter what Yonder plan you're on.
Do I have to set branding for every organization?
No. Every branding field is optional. Leave one blank and that organization uses your account-level setting instead.
How many organisations can I add?
Our system allows you to create up to 99 organisations, making it easy to manage multiple locations, teams, or business units.
