Navigation Breakdown

Home 

Your homepage dashboard provides a quick snapshot of your AI ChatBot and review performance over the last 30 days. It includes insights and quick-access buttons for deeper analysis.

Inbox

This is where you manage all AI ChatBot and live chat interactions.

  • Open Inbox – Active and new conversations that require attention.
