Frequently Asked Questions

Can I respond to reviews directly from Yonder?
Yes, you can reply to Google reviews directly within Yonder. Click the orange reply button, write your response, and then click 'Post Reply' to submit it to Google. (Note: Facebook reviews must be managed externally.)

Can I link other review sites such as Tripadvisor or Bookme?
Unfortunately, Yonder no longer integrates with review platforms like TripAdvisor, Bookme, or GetYourGuide. However, you can still add these sites to your Yonder surveys to encourage customers to leave feedback there—though the reviews won’t be pulled into Yonder.
